Developing Managers

Our management group-coaching programmes are geared towards those who are new to management, and those who are looking for formal training.

We are now only delivering training in-house for clients.  There are no open courses.

We can tailor the content and approach to meet your requirements.  Options include, but are not limited to:

Our interactive approach means that delegates can bring their own challenges and insights that they wish to explore.  We combine short presentations with plenty of exercises and discussion.  Delegates can reflect on how they are approaching their roles, learn from each other, and practice strategies to take back to the workplace.

The idea is that we want to make our training as fit for purpose as possible, and also take a group or one-to-one coaching approach.  So it is less about presenting, and more about discussion and exercises building on participants’ existing level of knowledge and the questions and challenges that they want to explore. (We still also share the content through interactive presentations and accompanying workbooks.)

We find that people’s engagement and energy levels are at their best if we do this in 2-4 hour modules, rather than whole day courses.  This seems to put less pressure on them too to fit in their day-to-day tasks.  And, by taking a modular approach, over a few weeks or months, it gives people a chance to practise, reflect, and so better build up their knowledge, skills and confidence.

All of our group-coaching programmes can be delivered face-to-face or online, and spread over whatever time-scale suits you.

Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
