Team building and team effectiveness coaching and workshops
We help teams and individuals to develop the capabilities that will help you with your work and to interact with each other and with your external stakeholders more effectively.
We tailor the format of our coaching and workshops to your requirements and preferences, and can deliver this 'off-site', in digital form over the internet, or at your location.
Our work with you will typically include team health checks or diagnostics, the use of personality tools such as MBTI and Belbin Team Roles, team and individual coaching. Personality tools and team diagnostics enable you and the team to explore your psychological safety and strengths, and what actions you can take to help the team achieve and maintain a state of high performance.
We can also include team building activities, and modules for defining visions and values, addressing innovation and more.
The way we work with your team will depend on its level of maturity, and on the topics or challenges that it wishes to address. We will partner with you as facilitators and as coaches to help you progress to a point where the team is able to achieve its full potential without any futher external intervention.
