Elisabeth is the Owner and Principal Consultant of RiverRhee Consulting. She has 25 years' experience in Pharmaceutical R&D, where she was a line manager in Information and Library Management, and an internal trainer and consultant supporting global business change programmes.
Elisabeth is an experienced and certified practitioner in change management, Lean Six Sigma, MBTI, Belbin, NLP and an expert in project and knowledge management. She is a member of CILIP (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) and of the APM (Association for Project Management) where she was a founding committee member of the Enabling Change SIG.
John is an Associate of RiverRhee Consulting. He spent the first ten years of his career in science within academic, contract research and environmental laboratories specialising in Chemistry. John then worked with two of the leading scientific instrumentation companies providing technical sales support to large Pharmaceuticals and Biotech companies across the UK before moving into a senior leadership position within a Cambridge based technology company.
John now runs his own training and coaching company delivering performance coaching to scientists that are new to or working towards a career in management.
Liz is an Associate with RiverRhee Consulting. She is a Human Resources professional, with 30 years experience, mainly in Pharmaceuticals and Biotech. Liz understands the challenges of leadership, management and team development. She also runs her own business providing training, facilitation and one-to-one coaching. She has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is accredited in MBTI. Liz has a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds their Accredited Associate Executive Coach status. She is also trained in the Gestalt coaching technique.
Alison is an Associate with RiverRhee Consulting. She is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with over 30 years’ experience, working for most of her career as a strategic HR Business Partner within the pharmaceutical industry. For the past 7 years she has run her own HR consulting company, working mainly with start-up and growing Biotech companies in the Cambridge area. She provides a full range of generalist HR support, as well as focussing on performance and talent management, leadership, team and organisation development activities. She is a science graduate with a postgraduate qualification in HR, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a certified practitioner in MBTI.
Margie is an Associate with RiverRhee Consulting and a versatile business improvement consultant and trainer with over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has an extensive background in business redesign and change management (Accelerating Implementation Management), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), programme management, clinical research, and training. Margie works with business teams to conduct, implement, and embed large-scale productivity improvement and change initiatives. She is also an accomplished facilitator and workshop leader. Margie has a BA in Education and has completed additional training at the Juran Institute and North Carolina State University.
Nigel is an Associate with RiverRhee. He is a change agent with 30 years practical, hands-on experience in strategy delivery, process improvement, simplification and programme management, leading complex change in large organisations.
Nigel works with senior leadership teams to coach, mentor, train and build capability to drive change. He has led numerous global process improvement efficiency programmes delivering cultural change and multi-million pound savings; including large scale restructuring.
Nigel is evidence driven with extensive knowledge and experience of industry standard project management and improvement methodologies including Prince 2 and Lean Six Sigma.
